The client team first visited our waterproof breathable membrane production workshop. The clean and bright environment, orderly production lines, and energetic workers left a deep impression on the clients. Our technical director personally guided them, providing a detailed introduction to every step from raw material warehousing to finished product delivery.
"We have established a triple inspection mechanism for each process," the technical director explained, pointing to the quality control points on the production line. "First, there is self-inspection by the operator, then mutual inspection between processes, and finally, final inspection by a dedicated quality inspector. All inspection results are recorded in real-time in our quality management system, allowing for traceability of the complete production history of each product."
The clients paid particular attention to our compounding process and testing procedures.
