Description:

Single-sided polyester fiber-reinforced tape for bonding and repairing polypropylene, polyethylene films and joining them with other plastics. It is ideal for gluing and repairing damages in roof membranes, roofing and vapor barrier films. It also makes it possible to bond the mentioned films to elements made of wood, metal and concrete. It glues on smooth and rough surfaces. The glued surface should be free of grease and dust.

Application: Widely used in construction as a tape for bonding, repairing and sealing among other things, all types of pipes, sewage and ventilation ducts passing through vapor barriers and roofing membranes. Suitable for bonding plastics with products based on polypropylene, polyethylene, materials reinforced with insulating paper, wood, metal elements, gypsum boards or stone. Ideally bonds and seals rounded or irregularly shaped surfaces. It also works perfectly for repairing all kinds of damage such as holes, cuts, or installation breaks. For use on both smooth and rough surfaces.

Installation:The application area must be structurally sound, dry and free of dust and grease. Before bonding,

the surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned, and then adhesion tests should be carried out. The finished joints should not be exposed to standing water or constant mechanical stress. Wrinkles and tension in the tapes should be smoothed out.

Safety precautions: The product is not intended for consumption, avoid contact with eyes, in case of skin irritation, consult a doctor.

Storage / transport: The product should be stored at a temperature of +10°C to +30°C, in dry, covered rooms, free from moisture and direct UV radiation. The product should be transported in covered means of transport, protected against damage. The product must be protected from chemical agents, especially solvent-based substances, as these may reduce its technical parameters or permanently damage the product.
